Things to Do: A fun winter day of both indoor/outdoor activities including nature, crafts, games, songs/stories including lunch and patch .
On or before December 9th: Scouts & Siblings ( K-4th grade) : $20 each; Adults $12 each
On or after December 10th: Scouts & Siblings ( K-4th grade) : $22 each; Adults $14 each
How do I Register ?
Registration will begin online at www.threefirescouncil.org starting November 1st, 2016. Registration and payment will not be accepted at the event. Registrations will close the day before the event or when the registration has met its maximum. Each session' s maximum is 200 Scouts/Siblings.
Can be made online when registering or at either Scout Shop. For those paying by check: Please use e-check on the registration site or make the check payable to Three Fires Council and add “ Cost Center: 1-6701-832-21” to the memo area of your check and mail to Three Fires Council, 415 No.2nd St., St. Charles, Il. 60174.
Reservations are final. No Refunds due to the cost of materials.

Remember this is a winter event and parking at Camp Big Timber may be limited due to snow or muddy conditions.
Please try to carpool with your unit - snow on the ground makes parking very limited!
Schedule for the Day:
7:45am Check in starts in K-Lodge / 8:30am Opening Ceremonies / 8:45am – 3:20pm Program Areas / 3:30pm Closing Ceremonies
After closing a representative from your Pack can pick up your Pack’s health forms and patches in K-Lodge.
Please note that program areas may change due to weather conditions and circumstances beyond our control.
A list of possible achievements that may have been met at this event will be available after camp when you pick up your packet.
