Welcome to Cub Scout Camping Page!

Do your best and join us for a CASTAWAY ADVENTURE with our Island Adventure theme at our Day Camps located throughout Three Fires Council. The Three Fires Council offers a variety of Day Camp opportunities for Scouts, Siblings and their Friends of Cub Scout age (in 1st through 5th grade in the Fall of 2017).  Day Camp opportunities  include Day, Twilight, Weekend and Overnight (Resident) Camps. While the programs offered at each camp vary, some will have special/advancement opportunities through activities offered such as Archery, BB Safety Instruction/Practice, Campfires, Crafts, Games, Nature Hikes, Skits, Songs, Sports, GaGa Pits, Mobile Climbing Tower, Life- Size Foosball and STEM Projects. Pick a Day Camp location and date convenient for you and your family! 

New this year:

 Staff will be added to supplement our well established Day Camp Programs and provide new opportunities for pick-up and drop off times to assist working parents of 2nd grade thru 5th Grade aged Scouts/Siblings/Friends.  All campers in 1st Grade must have a parent at camp the entire time. Pickup and Drop off coverage for you may be used separately or together for additional fees to help working parents. 

  • Morning Drop off times will be no earlier than 7:00 am to camp start time at $10.00 per day ( $40.00 per week)
  • Afternoon Pick up times will be end of camp to no later than 6:00 pm.  Penalties for pick up after 6:00 pm will apply.
  • Using both Before and After pickup  will be $15.00 per day (or $65.00 per week).  This option is not available for weekend or Twilight camps.

Back for More Discounts: Attend more than 1 camp session at any Day Camp location and get a BACK FOR MORE DISCOUNT!

  • Attend a second camp session and receive 25% off of the 2nd Camp's Scout/Siblings/Friends registration fee
  • Attend a  third  camp  session and receive 33% off of the 3rd Camp's Scout/Siblings/friends registration fee.
  • To receive the discount... register for your 1st session and forward the confirmation email to .  Instructions will be forwarded to you for your discount.  When forwarding the email, please put 2nd/or 3rd BACK for More Discount in the "Subject" line of your email for faster identification! All Back for More discounts are based on the Early Bird fee.   Late Fee's will not apply to "Back for More Discounts". The discount applies to Camp Freeland Leslie (CFL) Webelos Scout sessions - Webelos Scouts Only.

  • Tshirts:
    • Youth Campers (Scouts, Siblings and Friends) will receive one free Castaway themed t-shirt and a patch.
    • Adult T-shirts will be available for purchase when registering online.
    • Extra shirts for Scouts/Siblings/Friends are available when registering online (optional). 
    • Webelos going to CFL resident camp will have a CFL themed T-shirt.
  • Youth Campers: Scout/Siblings/Friends:
    • This year we will have several new types of registration categories - Scouts,Siblings,Friends and Adults.  Day Camps will be open to the entire Scout Family and their friends. If a Boy or Girl is in 1st grade through 5th grade next Fall, they are welcome at all of our camp sessions.  Webelos Camp at CFL will only be available to Webelos Scouts and their parents.  

Parent/Leader Ratio's for camp:

  • New Tiger Cubs, Siblings and/or Friends in 1st grade must have a parent or guardian present each day at all camps.
  • Youth Campers in 2nd grade - 5th grade can attend our Camps without parent or leaders from your Pack. Parents and Leaders are welcome but not required.  We will have additional Adult Staff as Group Guides to supervise and help provide an awesome camp experience.

Registration:

  • Both individual and unit registrations will be accepted. If an individual registers,  they will be either integrated into their Unit's group or a new group will be formed, depending on attendance, size, etc.
  • If your Unit allows parents to register individually, camps will make every effort to place the Scouts/Friends/Siblings with other Scouts in his Unit.  If there are no other scouts registered from his Unit- the Scout/Siblings/Friends will be added to an existing group or a new group will be formed depending on attendance at the Camp Director's discretion.
  • Adults are free for all camps except Overnight Camps and Webelos Camp at Camp Freeland Leslie.

 Frequent campers are entitled to more discounts!!!

Remember the BACK FOR MORE DISCOUNTS of 25/33%!!

After  registering, expect a confirmation email. Forward the confirmation email from the first camp registration to the TFC Program Division at  to request a Back for More discount. Once this email is received, information will be emailed back to you indicating how to register for additional camp sessions at the discounted fee. Early bird fees will apply.


Important Information and Forms

For all Cub Camps (including CFL Webelos):

A BSA Annual Health & Medical Record (BSA Form 680-001, Parts A and B only) is required for each attending Scout, Sibling, Friend and Adult registrant for all camps- including all overnight camps.

Camp Freeland Leslie, 105 Fawn Dr., Oxford, Wi.

Offered at beautiful Camp Freeland Leslie near Oxford, Wisconsin, Webelos and their adults can experience four days and three nights on 500 acres of Wisconsin hills, meadows, and forests.  If you have tried day camp and are ready for an exciting new program, then this is for you! Swim or boat in beautiful Lake Emrick, one of the cleanest lakes in Wisconsin.

Develop archery and pellet gun shooting skills in our certified shooting sports complex. Hike and participate in nature activities. Develop Scoutcraft skills and do leatherworking. Complete Webelos Scout advancements and have fun playing in the Ga Ga Pit and human foosball games. All meals and milk is included.

Session 1- June 10th - June 13th (Sat. - Tues.) Webelos Only and Adults

Session 2- June 14th - June 17th (Wed.- Sat.)  Webelos and Adults

Session 3- July -  5th - July  8th  (Wed.- Sat.)       Webelos and Adults

Camp Fees:

Webelos Youth and Adult Initial Deposit - $25.00 non-refundable deposit for each youth and adult camper is due at the time of registration.  This deposit reserves your spots at camp only - it does not guarantee the Early Bird rate. Deposit payments are applied to the overall camper fees  listed below.

  • Webelos Youth Early Bird Fees  - $185.00 total amount due -  full payment by April 1st, 2017 and includes a camp T-shirt
  • Webelos Youth Regular Fees -     $200.00 total amount due -  full payment from April 2nd - June 1st, 2017
  • Webelos Youth Late Fees -           $215.00 total amount due -  full payment June 2nd to camp start date.

 For example, a youth camper with the Early Bird rate only owes $160.00 after the deposit is paid.

The Webelos Youth Fee includes all meals, free milk, all programs, a camp patch, and a t-shirt! 

Additional Scout Camp T-shirts are available for purchase at $15.00 each during online registration or additional cost on-site.

  • Webelos Adult Leader/Parent Fees -$130.00 total fee amount due with a deposit at the time of registration of $25.00.  The Adult Deposit payment is applied to the overall adult camper fee listed above. This fee includes all meals, all programs, and a camp patch!
  • T-shirts for adults can be purchased during online registration for an additional TBD ($15.00)  or in the Trading Post at camp for ($0)  TBD  with a variety or styles and prices.
