Operation Icicle is an overnight Winter camp for Scouts BSA youth. This camp experience lasts six days at the beautiful Fox Valley Christian Action campus in St. Charles, IL. Scouts will enjoy a wide variety of programs, activities and games throughout their stay at our camp. Scouting safety protocols will be in place to ensure that all attendees enjoy safe quality programming. We believe that camp shouldn’t be limited to the Summer and Fall months.
