The Scouters of the Three Fires Council listed below are recipients of the Distinguished Commissioner Service Award (DCSA). The DCSA is the highest recognition that can be bestowed upon a Scouter for exceptional service as a commissioner resulting in a significant, positive impact upon youth, units, a district and/or a council.
